BRIGHTER TOGETHER DONOR CAMPAIGN
Campaign Strategy • Art Direction • Donor Engagement

The Problem
Field teams often needed to produce social graphics, event materials, presentations, flyers, and other communications on tight timelines. Without easy access to designers or approved templates, materials could end up inconsistent, off-brand, or hard to produce.
The Strategy
I set up a central Canva Pro template account so professional, on-brand designs were available to staff with different levels of creative experience. The system included enough flexibility for local teams to customize materials while keeping key brand elements safe.
The Execution
Established and organized a centralized Canva Pro account
Created editable templates for frequently requested materials
Built brand kits with approved logos, colors, fonts, and imagery
Structured templates to protect key elements while allowing customization
Developed naming and organizational standards for easy navigation
Trained field teams and non-designers on brand and design best practices
Provided ongoing support and expanded the library based on user needs
The Results
Helped field teams create polished, on-brand materials independently
Improved consistency across locations and communication channels
Reduced repetitive requests and creative-production bottlenecks
Accelerated turnaround for time-sensitive local needs
Increased brand adoption by making approved tools easier to access and use
Allowed the creative team to focus on higher-priority strategic work
